UW Series Laser Marking System Workstations
Flexible, Affordable, Standard workstation platform for Rofin’s RS-Marker and StarMark Lasers
The UW Series of modular, standard workstations are available as Basic, UW-180, Open-Frame, Rotary-table, and Table-Top versions. Developed to address industry’s requirement for a low-cost Class 1 laser marking solution, the UW Series offers an ergonomic design and quick delivery. With a small footprint and flexible configuration, the UW Series workstations are an excellent value.
Designed to be integrated with Rofin’s vast laser marking product line, the UW modular workstations offer sturdy construction for long-term use, ergonomically correct designs for ease of use and conformance to applicable CDRH Standards for operational safety during their use.

When combined with a UW, each RS-Marker and StarMark system becomes a fully integrated workstation. Depending upon the laser source model, the UW-180, UW-150 and UW-150-RT models are capable of accommodating numerous parts handling options, including manual/ motorized Z-axis, circumferential marking packages, multi-axis tables, and other options.
UW Workstations are easily installed and maintained. The integrated laser is accessed for routine servicing via removable panels at the side, top and back of the enclosure. The parts processing chamber is designed for easy access and is fully safety-interlocked.
