Rofin-Baasel Inc. is committed to providing the most comprehensive customer service available in the industry today. We provide technical support via phone, fax, email or modem, or onsite for any hardware or software question that might arise during normal operation and/or maintenance of our laser equipment. In most instances we can provide the critical advice or information necessary to resume full operation within minutes.
Rofin manufactures the lasers that they sell. And Rofin services, from day 1, the lasers that you buy, providing service, training, and parts to keep your laser marker one of your best investments.
Field Service
Rofin-Baasel Inc. takes pride in its factory-trained staff of field service engineers who efficiently install and test our equipment and provide valuable on-site training for your personnel. As part of our ongoing support capability, we are prepared to respond to your service needs for additional on-site technical assistance and consultation services. Other ongoing support programs include regularly scheduled as well as remedial maintenance of your system and extended warranty service and maintenance agreements.
