Rofin-Baasel offers factory-certified spare and replacement parts, custom-designed operating parts or modules for your laser system, drawn from our vast inventory of Rofin-certified parts. We also offer spare and consumable parts packages for your convenience to make sure you have the right parts on-hand to support your regular maintenance needs.
Our technical assistance personnel will use their product knowledge and experience to quickly transform a part description into the proper part number and expedite its delivery to you. With just a phone call, you are assured maximum uptime with a minimum investment in inventory.

How to order Spare or Replacement Parts
For purchase or spare or replacement parts during normal weekday business hours, call 1-978-635-9100 Option 2 for Spare/Replacement Parts, or email to Service@rofin-baasel.com. You can also fax your purchase order or Parts request to 1-978-206-7531. Be sure to list your system serial number, your purchase order number, and your contact information.
How to order
Warranty/Repair Parts 
For warranty/repair parts, a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) form is required. Click for a downloadable RMA form, or phone/email us for a form.
Fill out the RMA request form, providing essential information pertaining to your company and the part(s) you wish to return, including: system serial number, your purchase order number, and our order number.
Fax/email the completed form with your signature to Customer Service at 978-635-9100 Option 1, or Service@rofin-baasel.com.
If the item is approved for return, Rofin-Baasel Inc. will return your RMA request form via fax/email to you with a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER printed on the bottom. If the item is not approved for return, you will be notified of the reason.
Once approved, please reference the RMA number on the outside of the packaging as well as on any enclosed packing slips. For your protection, we ask that the goods be shipped via a traceable courier such as Federal Express or UPS. Return the goods to:

Rofin-Baasel reserves the right to refuse and return any unauthorized shipments at the customer’s expense.

Call our 24-hour pager at 1-800-539-2730. Leave your system serial number, your contact information, and a brief description of the issue, and your call will be returned promptly.
Spare Parts List
To request a spare parts list specifically designed for your laser, please send an email to Service@rofin-baasel.com , or fax to 978-206-7531 (main fax 978-635-9199). Provide your company name, system type, and serial number or numbers. (Note: we cannot provide you with a spare parts list unless we have the serial number). Also include whether you would like the list emailed, faxed, or sent via surface mail.
